These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pakaka governing your use of the platform, services, and all associated features. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing.

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on pakaka. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakaka account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. Notify pakaka immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
pakaka operates a KYC verification programme consistent with internationally accepted anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawals.
All financial transactions on pakaka are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:
Deposit limits shown above are indicative. Your personal deposit limits may be subject to verification level requirements. pakaka does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registering user's own name.
pakaka does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. pakaka is not responsible for any such fees. Deposits are generally credited to your pakaka account balance within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. pakaka reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large relative to recent deposit history.
Minimum withdrawal amounts correspond to the minimum deposit thresholds applicable to the relevant payment method. Withdrawals requested outside of standard banking hours for bank transfer methods will be processed on the next available business day.
pakaka reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Users will be notified of any such hold and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail in respect of that bonus only.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrectly displayed odds, pakaka reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. pakaka is not liable for any loss of winnings arising from such events. The principle of "pays in error, recovers in error" applies — any winnings paid erroneously due to a system fault will be reclaimed from the user's account balance.

pakaka is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; (b) loss of profits, goodwill, or data; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, network failures, or events beyond pakaka's reasonable control; or (d) any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. pakaka makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any game for any particular purpose.
pakaka reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pakaka will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the platform and may close their account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in the Help Centre. Outstanding balances will be processed for withdrawal in the normal course subject to verification requirements.
